  1. Chances are the calcium supplement you are taking now is a rock source of calcium. The label will say "calcium carbonate", which is nothing more than limestone. AlgaeCal Plus contains an organic, plant-sourced calcium form derived from a unique South American marine algae called Algas Calcareas™.

  2. Yes, there has been a controversy about HCG weight loss programs. No matter how some agencies say that its ineffective for weight loss, they can't deny the fact that many people have actually tried it and succeed.

  3. Whereas it cannot be denied that many weight loss programs (even the completely ridiculous)have been effective for some people, this is data often has not been significant or measureable. It also is important to note the nutrient content of the diet and rate of weight loss. If you find any research articles that do display data from credible studies and support your claim please do not hesitate to post them.
