Nicole Tapia, RD, CDN: I completed my BS in Nutrition from C.W. Post/ Long Island University and completed my internship through Marywood University. I am a registered dietitian and certified in NY. I have written articles for both LiveStrong.com and Examiner.com which is why you may often see a link to these articles. I am currently living in the Dominican Republic, where I have taken my nutrition skills to mix with basic foods and the diet of the country.
